Our primary LTL carrier network (CH Robinson) does not handle the commodities below. If your shipment includes any of these, we will route it to our manual quoting desk and follow up within 2 business hours with secondary-carrier options.

Hazardous Materials

  • ·Class 1 explosives
  • ·Class 2.3 poison gas
  • ·Class 4.3 dangerous when wet
  • ·Poisonous/Toxic Inhalation Hazards (PIH/TIH)
  • ·Class 6.2 infectious substance
  • ·Class 7 radioactive
  • ·Bulk hazmat (>3500 gallons per container)

  • ·EPA regulated waste, medical waste, used syringes/needles

You’ll see a message that your shipment requires manual quoting. Our team works secondary LTL carriers and specialty providers for restricted commodities, and we’ll email you options within 2 business hours. No rate is locked and no booking is made until you approve.
